My little France (Mitt lille Frankrike in Norwegian) was originally created to give wine and food lovers in Norway unique travel experiences both in beautiful Alsace and in the South of France, along the Mediterranean coast and inland, all the way from the Pyrenees to the Alps.
We want to share our passion, our knowledge and our experiences so that more people can discover a world that we have come close to and love - authentic places, local gems, preferably off the beaten track.
We care about the environment and climate, and therefore want to offer sustainable travel experiences and alternatives: Train travel to France, electric and hybrid local transport, organic, local and short-travelled food, vegetarian and vegan diets, environment-friendly activities, accommodation built, renovated and managed in an environment-friendly and sustainable way. The carbon footprint of all our trips is compensated by supporting the crucial work of the The Rainforest Foundation Norway.
We are in direct contact with the people you will meet and know very well the places you visit.
These are places we have visited ourselves, and people we know. We can therefore guarantee that they meet our requirements for authenticity and high quality.
Lionel is born and has grown up in Alsace – a charming area in the northeast of France, rich in history and tradition and known for its world-famous wines. He knows Alsace very well and is the entry ticket to an unknown and exciting world of flavors and experiences.
Lionel has lived most of his life in Norway, which he himself calls his heartland. He wants to build bridges between the two countries and share his passion and knowledge of Alsace. Lionel has been Alsace ambassador in Norway since 2008. He founded My little France in 2017, and established the Alsace Association in Norway in 2023. He is also the co-founder and partner of The Tiny Wine House which imports biodynamic and natural wines from Alsace.
In 2025, Lionel decides to offer more exciting destinations. Having spent a lot of time in Provence and the Catalan countryside since childhood and having a sentimental bond with the "Gulf of Lion", he wanted to offer My Little France's guests more enchanting experiences and the opportunity to get to know the true soul of the South of France - both on the Mediterranean beaches and in the authentic hinterland.

Alakara reiser - Alakara betyr glede og takknemlighet – og det preger måten de lager reiser på. Bak Alakara står Ingeborg og William Oluka. Med sterke bånd til både Norge og Uganda lager de unike reiser i hele Uganda. Sammen med lokale samarbeidspartnere legger de til rette for reiser der du kommer tett på både mennesker, hverdagsliv og natur.For Ingeborg & William handler det om mer enn bare reiser – det handler om å skape ekte møter og minner som varer. På tur med Alakara kan du se en gorilla i øynene, følge løvenes vandring over savannen, kaste deg inn i dansen, bestige høye fjell, lytte til historier rundt bålet om kvelden, oppleve hverdagslivet på nært hold - eller noe helt annet du drømmer om.Alt dette skjer i nært samarbeid med lokale medarbeidere i Uganda, slik at turismen bidrar positivt - både for naturen, dyrelivet og lokalsamfunnet.
Elisabeths Reiseliv - Elisabeths Reiseliv drives av Elisabeth Lekanger Østlie, som brenner for trygge, sosiale og inkluderende reiseopplevelser.Her er fokuset på turer der alle skal føle seg sett og ivaretatt, enten det er fjellturer, opplevelsesturer, seniorturer eller sosiale gruppereiser i Norge og Europa. Turene arrangeres som oftest i mindre grupper, med fokus på fellesskap, gode opplevelser og et hyggelig tempo. Natur, trivsel og ekte opplevelser står sentralt, og deltakerne får personlig oppfølging hele veien, fra planlegging til gjennomført tur. Sender du en melding, er det Elisabeth som svarer, og på de fleste av turene er det også hun som er reiseleder, med mindre noe annet er beskrevet.Mange av deltakerne reiser alene, men opplever raskt et inkluderende og hyggelig fellesskap underveis. Målet er å skape reiser med god stemning, trygg organisering og minner man tar med seg lenge etter at turen er over.
La’mme - La’mme skreddersyr reiser utenfor turisttråkket. Til Latin-Amerika, Afrika, Asia og til det litt ukjente Europa. Vi har også gruppereiser med påmelding. Med oss kommer du gjerne tett på naturen, opplever spennende møter med folk og kultur, historiefortelling og tradisjoner. For ikke å glemme magiske opplevelser for ganen. Hotellene er håndplukket, og de passer som hånd i hanske med La'mmes motto: Kom som en gjest – reis hjem som en venn.Hos La’mme kan du også dra på oppdagelsesferd som La’mme-ambassadør.
